一、平台定位

三、檔案保存與時效機制

上傳的多媒體檔案採有限期保存，預設上限為 30 日，使用者亦可自行縮短。期限一到，系統排程會自動清除檔案，毋須另行操作。

單純的網址縮短不涉及檔案存放，其對應關係長期有效。

若希望提前移除已建立的內容，可透過登入後的管理介面處理，或來信由本站協助刪除。

四、密碼保護與資料安全

網站全程以加密連線傳輸，降低資料於傳遞過程中被攔截的風險。

密碼採單向處理後儲存，平台端無從還原或查詢。換言之，一旦遺忘密碼，本站同樣無法代為取回，僅能重新上傳，請務必自行妥善記錄。

系統為維運、資安與法遵目的，會保留連線 IP、時間戳記等技術紀錄；詳細蒐集項目與利用方式，載於隱私權政策。

五、使用者責任與內容規範

上傳者對其提供之內容負全部責任。平台不做事前審查，也不因內容留存於站上而代表認同或背書。

1. What MyPPT Is

MyPPT (https://myppt.cc/) is an online utility for generating short links and hosting media files. Long URLs can be compressed into compact addresses, and videos, images, photos, and audio can be uploaded to obtain a dedicated link for pasting into chats, forums, or social platforms. No account is required at any stage.

2. Our Role

MyPPT is a tool, not a publisher. The platform does not create, edit, or curate material of its own; it acts purely as a technical intermediary that converts what users submit into shareable links. Everything visible on the Site originates from users.

3. Features

Short-link generation; media hosting for video, image, photo, and audio formats; access controls including passwords (Chinese characters accepted), expiry dates, and open-count limits; view statistics for each link; and optional Google or Facebook sign-in for managing and deleting the links you have created.

4. Retention and Expiry

Uploaded media is stored for a limited period, capped at 30 days by default and shortenable at the user's discretion. Once the period lapses, scheduled routines purge the file automatically. Plain URL shortening stores no file, so those mappings remain valid long-term. Content may also be removed early via the management interface after signing in, or by writing to us.

5. Passwords and Data Security

Traffic is carried over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored after one-way processing, so the platform cannot recover or look them up; a forgotten password cannot be retrieved by us either, and the content would need to be uploaded again. Technical records such as connection IP and timestamps are retained for operations, security, and legal compliance, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

6. User Responsibility

Uploaders bear full responsibility for what they submit. No pre-screening is performed, and the presence of material on the Site implies no endorsement. Uploading anything that infringes others' rights, breaks the law, or lacks the consent of the persons depicted is prohibited — including copyrighted works, private intimate imagery, fraudulent material, and malware. See the Terms of Service. Verified violations may result in removal, link deactivation, and restrictions on further use.

7. Reporting Infringement and Illegal Content

Rights holders may submit notices under the Copyright Policy or the DMCA procedure. Cases involving non-consensual intimate images or child sexual abuse material are handled through a priority channel described in the NCII & Illegal Content Policy. Upon receipt of a lawful order from a court, prosecutor, police authority, or other competent body, retained records will be provided as required.
