五、禁止事項

詐騙、釣魚、惡意程式、病毒、木馬，或任何意圖破壞、干擾系統運作之程式碼。

以自動化程式、機器人、爬蟲、外掛、瀏覽器擴充功能或其他技術手段，破解本站之存取限制或密碼保護、大量下載、重製、轉存、擷取、鏡像或再散布本站內容。

使用任何 Script、Userscript、Tampermonkey、瀏覽器擴充功能（Browser Extension）、API 或機器人（Robot）程式，大量下載、擷取、轉存或再散布本站內容。

規避、破解、干擾本站之安全機制、流量限制或計費機制，或未經授權存取本站系統、伺服器或資料。

將本服務用於任何違反中華民國法令或您所屬國家／地域法令之用途。

六、成人內容

本服務允許成年使用者於合法範圍內上傳與分享成人內容，惟該等內容須為合法、經當事人同意、且所有出現之人均為成年人。

嚴格禁止任何涉及未成年人之性影像、未經同意之私密影像及任何違法性影像。違者本站將立即移除、保存證據並依法通報主管機關與警察機關。

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and MyPPT ("the Site", https://myppt.cc/) regarding the URL-shortening and image/video/audio upload and sharing services ("the Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

Our Privacy Policy, Copyright / Notice & Takedown Policy, and NCII & Illegal Content Policy are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Minors may use the Service only after a legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on their behalf.

Parts of the Service may contain adult (18+) material. Persons under 18 must not view, upload, or access such content.

3. Anonymous Upload and Accounts

The Site operates an anonymous upload system; registration is generally not required. The Site does not actively collect the real name of uploaders, but for operational and legal-compliance purposes, connection records such as IP address and timestamps are logged (see the Privacy Policy).

You may sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple to manage the short links you create. You are solely responsible for all activity and content associated with your uploads.

4. User Content and License

You retain your rights in the content you upload. To the extent necessary to operate the Service (storage, reproduction, caching, transcoding, public transmission, and display to viewers you designate), you grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, which terminates when the content is removed (except for backups, logs, and legally required retention).

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

The Site does not pre-screen user content and makes no warranty as to its legality or quality.

The Site reserves the right to proactively restrict, remove, or refuse any content, without prior notice, on grounds of legal compliance, information security, spam prevention, system maintenance, or other reasonable grounds.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to upload, publish, transmit, or share, or to engage in: content infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights; non-consensual intimate images, revenge porn, deepfake sexual imagery, or any child sexual abuse material (see the NCII & Illegal Content Policy); defamatory, threatening, harassing, or unlawful content; fraud, phishing, malware, or code intended to disrupt the system; and the use of bots, crawlers, scripts, plug-ins, or browser extensions to bypass access controls or password protection, or to mass-download, reproduce, scrape, mirror, or redistribute Site content.

You may not circumvent or interfere with the Site's security, rate-limiting, or billing mechanisms, or gain unauthorized access to the Site's systems or data.

You may not use any script, userscript, Tampermonkey, browser extension, API, or robot to mass-download, scrape, store, or redistribute Site content.

You may not use AI-generated images or videos in a manner that infringes any third party's portrait, copyright, personality, or privacy rights.

6. Adult Content

Adult users may upload and share lawful adult content, provided it is legal, consensual, and all persons depicted are adults. Any sexual imagery involving minors, and any non-consensual intimate imagery, is strictly prohibited and will be removed, preserved as evidence, and reported to the authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's name, logo, interface, software, and other non-user content are owned by the Site or its licensors and may not be used without permission. User content remains the property of its rights holders, used by the Site only within the license in Section 4.

8. Copyright and Takedown

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, please submit a notice to [email protected] under our Copyright / Notice & Takedown Policy. The Site may terminate service to repeat infringers.

9. Suspension and Removal

If you breach these Terms or the law, or upon a valid infringement or illegal-content notice, the Site may, without prior notice, remove content, restrict viewing, disable links, or block relevant IP addresses. The Site may also suspend or terminate the Service for operational, security, or legal reasons.

10. Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Site and its operator harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms or the law, or from content you upload.

12. Privacy

The collection, processing, and use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which you accept by using the Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute.

14. Modifications

The Site may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
