一、服務內容

本站提供網址縮短，以及影片、圖片、照片、音訊等檔案之上傳託管與連結產生功能。

使用者得為所建立之連結設定密碼、有效期限或開啟次數上限。

本服務以現狀（as is）提供，本站不保證服務永不中斷、無錯誤，或必然符合您的特定用途需求。

二、使用資格

使用本服務者應具備依法締結契約之能力；未成年人應在法定代理人同意下使用。

本站部分內容可能不適宜未滿十八歲者瀏覽，使用者應自行遵循所在地之法令規定。

三、帳號與連結管理

本站原則上免註冊即可使用；若選擇以第三方帳號登入，該登入僅用於識別並管理您所建立之連結。

使用者應自行妥善保管所設定之密碼。密碼經單向處理後儲存，本站無從還原或代為查詢；遺忘者僅能重新上傳。

四、內容管理權限

以人工智慧或其他技術生成、合成之圖片、影片、音訊，同受本條款拘束；該等內容不得侵害第三人之著作權、肖像權、人格權或隱私權，亦不得用於偽造、深度偽造（deepfake）或誤導他人。

使用任何 Script、Userscript、Tampermonkey、瀏覽器擴充功能（Browser Extension）、API 或機器人（Robot）程式，破解本站之密碼保護或存取限制，或大量下載、擷取、轉存、鏡像本站內容。

以任何方式干擾、破壞本站系統運作，或試圖規避本站之安全與防濫用機制。

六、違反之效果

使用者違反前條規定者，本站得不經預告，移除相關內容、停用連結、限制或終止其使用本服務，並保留相關連線紀錄。

情節涉及違法者，本站得依法向司法警察機關檢舉或提供資料協助調查。

七、責任歸屬

使用者對其上傳、分享之一切內容負完全責任。本站為技術中介，不對使用者內容之合法性、正確性或適當性負責，亦不表示任何背書。

在法律允許之最大範圍內，本站對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何直接、間接、附隨或衍生損害，不負賠償責任。

八、檔案保存期限

上傳之多媒體檔案預設最長保存三十日，使用者亦得設定更短之期限；期限屆至系統將自動刪除。

純網址縮短不涉及檔案儲存，其對應關係長期有效。

本站不提供備份或還原服務，重要資料請自行留存副本。

九、智慧財產

本站之介面設計、程式碼、標誌與相關素材，其權利歸屬本站或授權人所有，未經同意不得重製或改作。

使用者上傳之內容，其權利仍屬使用者或原權利人；使用者授予本站於提供服務所必要之範圍內，儲存、傳輸與呈現該內容之權利。

十、條款之變更

本站得因法令修訂、功能調整或營運需要而修改本條款，修改後公告於本頁面。

十一、準據法與管轄

本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國法律為準據法。

因本服務所生之爭議，除法律另有強制規定外，雙方合意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. The Service

MyPPT provides URL shortening together with upload hosting and link generation for video, image, photo, and audio files. Users may attach a password, an expiry date, or an open-count ceiling to any link they create. The service is supplied on an "as is" basis; no warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose you have in mind.

2. Eligibility

Users must have legal capacity to enter into a contract; minors require the consent of a legal guardian. Parts of the Site may be unsuitable for persons under eighteen, and users must observe the laws applicable where they are located.

3. Accounts and Link Management

Registration is not normally required. Where a third-party sign-in is used, it serves only to identify and manage the links you have created. Passwords you set are stored after one-way processing and cannot be recovered or looked up by the Site; if forgotten, the content must be uploaded again.

4. Content Management Rights

The Site reserves the right to restrict, remove, or decline any content without prior notice on grounds of legal compliance, information security, spam prevention, system maintenance, or other reasonable cause. Exercising that right creates no duty to review other material and no warranty as to its lawfulness.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: upload or distribute material infringing copyright, trade marks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property; upload or distribute non-consensual intimate images, child sexual abuse material, or anything otherwise criminal; spread malware, phishing links, or fraudulent messages, or use the service for unlawful ends; misuse AI-generated or synthesised images, video, or audio — such material is equally bound by these Terms and must not infringe third-party copyright, portrait, personality, or privacy rights, nor be used for forgery, deepfakes, or deception; employ any Script, Userscript, Tampermonkey, browser extension, API, or robot to defeat the Site's password protection or access controls, or to bulk-download, scrape, re-host, or mirror its content; or interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to circumvent its security and anti-abuse measures.

6. Consequences of Breach

On breach, the Site may without notice remove the material, disable links, and restrict or terminate the user's access, retaining the relevant connection records. Where conduct appears unlawful, the Site may report it to judicial or police authorities and assist their investigation.

7. Allocation of Responsibility

Users are wholly responsible for what they upload and share. As a technical intermediary the Site is not answerable for the legality, accuracy, or suitability of user content and endorses none of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. A user whose breach exposes the Site to third-party claims or loss shall indemnify the Site.

8. Retention Periods

Uploaded media is kept for at most thirty days by default, or for a shorter period chosen by the user, after which it is deleted automatically. Plain URL shortening stores no file and its mapping remains valid long-term. No backup or restoration service is offered; keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site's interface, code, marks, and related assets belong to the Site or its licensors and may not be copied or adapted without consent. Rights in uploaded content remain with the user or the original owner, who grants the Site the rights necessary to store, transmit, and display that content in the course of providing the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised in response to legal developments, feature changes, or operational needs, with the revision published on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Save where mandatory rules provide otherwise, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for disputes arising from the service.
