一、本政策涵蓋之內容

未經被拍攝者同意而製作、重製或散布之性私密影像（含以外流、報復、脅迫等方式取得者）。

兒童及少年之性影像，或足以引起性慾、性羞恥之相關素材。

以合成、變造、深度偽造（deepfake）等技術製作之不實性影像。

以散布影像相脅迫、勒索之訊息，或標示、指認被害人身分之內容。

其他違反刑事法令，或明顯侵害他人隱私、名譽、人格權之素材。

二、法律依據

《刑法》第三一九條之一至第三一九條之六（妨害性隱私及不實性影像罪章）。

《性侵害犯罪防治法》關於性影像移除、限制接取與網路服務提供者義務之規定。

《兒童及少年性剝削防制條例》就兒少性影像之禁止與處置規定。

《個人資料保護法》及民法有關隱私權、人格權保護之規定。

三、誰可以提出檢舉

影像中之被害人本人。

被害人之法定代理人、配偶、直系血親或受其委任之人。

知悉情事之第三人、民間團體或社福機構。

司法警察機關、主管機關或依法執行職務之人員。

四、檢舉時請提供

為避免二次傷害，請勿於信件中夾帶影像檔案本身；提供網址即足以定位。

五、處理流程

受理：信件進入緊急序列，不與一般客服共用處理佇列。

初判：就所提供之網址進行必要之確認。涉及兒少或情節明顯者，採「先下架、後查證」原則。

處置：移除內容並使其無法被存取，同時停用相關短網址。

擴散防止：一併檢查是否存在相同來源之其他連結，避免僅移除單一網址而遺漏。

回覆：以電子郵件告知處理結果。

紀錄保全：保存上傳者之連線紀錄、時間戳記與相關軌跡，以備司法調查之用。

六、對上傳者之處置

經確認上傳此類內容者，本站將終止其使用本服務之權利，並封鎖相關來源 IP。

1. What This Policy Covers

MyPPT maintains a zero-tolerance position on non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual imagery of children and adolescents, and other criminally unlawful material. The policy reaches: intimate images made, copied, or distributed without the consent of the person depicted, including those obtained through leaks, revenge, or coercion; sexual imagery of minors; fabricated sexual imagery produced by compositing, alteration, or deepfake techniques; threats or extortion messages that rely on distributing such images, and content that identifies victims; and other material that plainly violates criminal law or another person's privacy, reputation, or personality rights.

2. Legal Framework

Articles 319-1 to 319-6 of the Criminal Code (offences against sexual privacy and concerning fabricated sexual images); the Sexual Assault Crime Prevention Act, as regards removal of sexual imagery, restriction of access, and the duties of internet service providers; the Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act; and the Personal Data Protection Act together with civil-law protection of privacy and personality rights.

3. Who May Report

The person depicted; their legal representative, spouse, lineal relative, or appointed agent; any third party, non-governmental organisation, or social-welfare body that becomes aware of the matter; and judicial police, competent authorities, or officials acting in the course of their duties.

4. Information to Include

Please provide: ① the complete short URL or URLs on this Site, listed individually; ② a brief account of the unlawfulness, such as distribution without consent, the subject being a minor, or the image being fabricated; ③ the reporter's relationship to the person depicted and a contact address for reply; and ④ any police report reference or official document, which speeds handling. To prevent further harm, do not attach the imagery itself — the URL is sufficient to locate it.

5. How Reports Are Handled

Reports enter an urgent queue kept separate from general enquiries. The URLs supplied are checked as far as necessary; where minors are involved or the circumstances are plain, material is taken down first and verified afterwards. Content is removed and made inaccessible and the associated short links are disabled. We also look for other links originating from the same source so that removal is not limited to a single URL. The outcome is confirmed by email, and connection records, timestamps, and related traces are preserved for possible judicial use.

6. Action Against Uploaders

Confirmed uploaders of such material lose the right to use the service and have their source IP addresses blocked. Retained records may be passed to judicial or police authorities on the Site's own initiative, and the Site will assist subsequent investigation. Legal responsibility rests with the person concerned; the Site neither assumes it nor entertains requests to restore such content.

7. Records and Cooperation

Although uploading requires no account, IP addresses, timestamps, and access traces are retained. For matters under this policy the retention period is extended, and records are released to competent authorities upon receipt of a lawful order or official document.

8. Notes for Victims

Preserve evidence before reporting — screenshots together with the URL and time may be needed in later proceedings. The Site can only remove material hosted here; identical images circulating on other platforms must be reported to those platforms separately. The reporter's identity is never disclosed to the uploader.

9. False Reports

A person who knowingly submits a false report and thereby harms another bears the corresponding legal responsibility. The Site reserves the right to restrict those who abuse this urgent channel.
