MyPPT（https://myppt.cc/）為網路服務提供者，站上之短網址、圖片、影片與音訊均源自使用者上傳，平台未於上傳時進行內容審核。為兼顧權利人之保護與使用者之正當權益，本站依中華民國《著作權法》建立下列通知與移除機制。使用者提供之素材若係以人工智慧或其他技術生成、合成，同樣不得侵害他人之著作權、肖像權、人格權或隱私權，並一體適用本機制。

一、法源與適用

本機制依《著作權法》第九十條之四至第九十條之十二關於網路服務提供者責任限制之規定辦理。

境外權利人若循美國 DMCA 程序主張權利，請參閱本站DMCA 版權檢舉頁面。

二、提出侵權通知

權利人或其授權之代理人，請以電子郵件寄至 [email protected]，信中請包含：

資料不足以判斷者，本站將去信請求補充，並於補齊後接續處理。

三、處理方式與時程

通知齊備後，本站將於合理期間內移除該內容或使其無法被存取。

處理結果會以電子郵件回覆通知人；於技術可行範圍內，亦會告知原上傳者移除之事實與理由。

先行取下屬法定責任限制之要件，並非本站就侵權與否所為之終局判斷。

四、原上傳者之回復請求

原上傳者若持有合法授權、主張合理使用，或認為遭誤判，得寄送回復請求至 [email protected]，載明內容識別與原網址、請求回復之理由、聯絡方式，以及願受管轄且陳述屬實之聲明。

本站將依第九十條之十二規定，將回復請求轉知原通知人。原通知人未於法定期間內提起訴訟或依法主張者，本站得回復該內容。

五、反覆侵權之處理

經多次合法通知確認反覆侵權之使用者，本站得停用其連結、限制上傳、封鎖來源 IP，或終止全部或部分服務之提供。

六、禁止未經授權之自動化擷取

不得使用爬蟲、機器人、瀏覽器擴充功能、外掛程式或其他自動化工具，規避本站之密碼保護或存取控制，亦不得藉此大量下載、重製、鏡像、轉存或再散布站上內容。

此類行為除涉及著作權侵害外，並可能構成《刑法》妨害電腦使用罪章（第三五八條至第三六三條）之罪。本站將保存相關連線紀錄，並得循法律途徑追究或移送偵辦。

七、紀錄之保存與提供

本站採免註冊上傳，不主動蒐集上傳者之真實身分；惟系統會保留 IP 位址、時間戳記與存取軌跡。

上開紀錄僅用於維運、資訊安全與法令遵循，並得於必要時依法提供予司法警察機關或合法權利人作為調查、訴訟之依據。

八、與機關之協力

本站配合法院、檢察機關、警察機關及其他有權機關依法所為之調查，於收受合法公文書或令狀後提供所保存之紀錄。

九、不實通知之法律責任

通知人或回復請求人應確保其陳述真實。因故意或過失提出不實內容致他人受有損害者，應自行負擔民事、刑事及其他法律責任。

1. Legal Basis

This mechanism operates under Articles 90-4 to 90-12 of the Copyright Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), which limit the liability of internet service providers. Overseas rights holders proceeding under the U.S. DMCA should refer to our DMCA page. MyPPT hosts material submitted by users and performs no review at the point of upload. Material generated or synthesised by artificial intelligence or comparable technology is equally subject to this mechanism and must not infringe copyright, portrait, personality, or privacy rights.

2. Filing a Notice

Rights holders or authorised agents should email [email protected] including: ① the notifier's name and a contact address for reply; ② the title and nature of the infringed work together with evidence of ownership, such as the original place of publication, a registration certificate, or a licence; ③ the complete short URL of the disputed item on this Site; ④ a statement of reasonable belief that the use is unauthorised and outside what the law permits; ⑤ a statement that the notice is accurate and that the notifier accepts responsibility for any falsehood; and ⑥ the signature of the notifier or agent, electronic signatures accepted. Where the information is insufficient, we will request supplementation and continue once the file is complete.

3. Handling and Timing

After a complete notice is received, the item is removed or made inaccessible within a reasonable period. The outcome is communicated to the notifier by email, and where technically feasible the uploader is told of the removal and its reason. Taking material down satisfies a statutory condition for limited liability and is not a conclusive determination of infringement by the platform.

4. Requests for Restoration

An uploader holding a valid licence, relying on fair use, or believing the removal was mistaken may write to [email protected] identifying the item and its former URL, giving reasons for restoration, providing contact details, and confirming consent to jurisdiction and the accuracy of the statement. Under Article 90-12 the request is forwarded to the original notifier; absent legal action within the statutory period, the content may be restored.

5. Repeated Infringement

Where repeated infringement is established through multiple valid notices, links may be disabled, uploading restricted, source IP addresses blocked, or the service withdrawn in whole or part.

6. Automated Harvesting Prohibited

Crawlers, bots, browser extensions, plug-ins, and comparable automated tools must not be used to circumvent password protection or access controls, nor to bulk-download, reproduce, mirror, re-host, or redistribute material from the Site. Besides infringing copyright, such conduct may constitute an offence under the computer-crime provisions of the Criminal Code (Articles 358-363). Connection records are preserved and may be used to pursue remedies or to refer the matter for investigation.

7. Retention and Disclosure of Records

Uploading requires no account and the Site does not collect uploaders' real identities; IP addresses, timestamps, and access traces are nonetheless retained for operations, information security, and legal compliance, and may be furnished to judicial or police authorities, or to lawful rights holders, where required for investigation or litigation.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

The Site cooperates with courts, prosecutors, police, and other competent bodies, releasing retained records upon receipt of a lawful official document or order.

9. Liability for False Notices

Notifiers and those requesting restoration must ensure their statements are truthful. Anyone who intentionally or negligently submits false information and thereby causes loss bears the resulting civil, criminal, and other legal responsibility.

10. Other Unlawful Content

Where the subject of a report involves non-consensual intimate images, child sexual abuse material, or other unlawful content, use the urgent route in the NCII & Illegal Content Policy, under which such cases are expedited.
